New invoiceAbout Free Invoice Generator
A free invoice generator is a tool that turns a plain description of work into a properly formatted invoice — with a unique invoice number, itemised line items, tax, and a total due — without you having to design a document from scratch or open a spreadsheet. Most "free" invoice tools are only free up until the download button, which is gated behind an email address, a forced account, or a watermark you have to pay to remove. This one isn't. Everything runs locally in your browser: filling in the form, calculating totals, and generating the PDF. Nothing is uploaded to a server, there's no login screen, and the download is never gated. Up to 10 invoices are saved on this device so you can reopen and duplicate one for a repeat client instead of starting from a blank form every time.
- Click New invoice to open a blank draft.
- Fill in your business details under From, and your client's under Bill To.
- Add a line item for each piece of work, with a description, quantity, and rate — the line total and running total calculate automatically.
- Turn on Tax, Discount, or Shipping only if this invoice actually needs them, and set your currency.
- Set payment terms and a due date, and add any notes or terms.
- Click Save to keep a copy in this browser, then Download PDF to get the file.
- A unique, sequential invoice number that's never reused or skipped
- The issue date and a specific due date, not just a payment term
- Your name or business name, address, and contact details
- The client's legal entity name and billing address
- Itemised description, quantity, rate, and line total for each item
- Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and the total due — with the currency shown clearly
- How you'd like to be paid (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
Send the invoice on the day you deliver the work rather than batching it at month-end — that alone can save weeks of delay. Print a real calendar due date instead of relying on a term like "Net 30", which forces the reader to do the maths. For projects longer than a couple of weeks, consider asking for a deposit upfront. And once you've sent an invoice, save it — reopening and duplicating it for the same client next month is faster than filling in a blank form again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the invoice generator free?
Yes — free, no signup, no watermark, and no limit on how many invoices you create or download.
Where are my invoices saved?
Locally in your browser, up to 10 at a time. We never see or store your invoice data on a server.
Can I use this for clients outside my own country?
Yes — pick any of 30 currencies, and set your own tax label and rate (VAT, GST, or plain Tax) to match your situation.
Does the invoice include EazyTools4u branding?
Each PDF has a small footer crediting EazyTools4u — the invoice content itself is entirely yours.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Saved invoices live only in this browser on this device. Download PDFs of anything you need to keep before clearing site data.
